Jajovo Enterprise, Inc. ("Jajovo," "we," "us," "our") operates the website jajovo.com and provides lead generation and marketing services to business clients. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information in connection with our website and services.

2. Scope

This policy applies to:

  1. Visitors to jajovo.com.
  2. Individuals who submit a contact form on jajovo.com or on a client website operated by Jajovo.
  3. Individuals who receive communications from Jajovo or from our AI assistant on behalf of a client.
  4. Clients who enter into a service agreement with Jajovo.

This policy does not apply to information collected by our clients through their own websites, premises, or systems outside of Jajovo's service.

3. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

  1. Contact information you submit through our forms: name, email address, phone number, and similar identifiers.
  2. Form submission content: answers to qualification questions, service interests, and preferred contact method.
  3. Communication records: call recordings, call transcripts, SMS and email content, timestamps, and outcomes of interactions with our AI assistant or our team.
  4. Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and pages visited, collected automatically when you use our website.
  5. Client-provided information: if you are a representative of a business client, we collect business name, EIN or tax identifier, address, owner contact information, and social and ad account credentials you authorize us to manage.

4. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  1. Respond to inquiries and deliver the services you or our clients request.
  2. Qualify leads through AI-assisted voice calls, SMS, and email.
  3. Route qualified leads to the appropriate client business for closing.
  4. Send operational notifications and performance reports to clients.
  5. Improve the quality of our AI qualification and scoring processes.
  6. Comply with legal obligations, including responding to lawful requests from government authorities.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Communications and Consent

When you submit a contact form that is part of a Jajovo workflow, you will be asked to affirmatively consent to receiving communications from Jajovo or from the client business we serve.

  1. SMS and voice. By checking the consent box and submitting your information, you agree to receive SMS and voice messages, including messages generated by automated systems and artificial intelligence. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS. Hang up or state your preference to opt out of voice calls.
  2. Email. You will receive email related to your inquiry. You may unsubscribe at any time through links in email messages.
  3. Artificial intelligence disclosure. Some or all of the initial communication you receive from Jajovo or on behalf of our clients may be conducted by automated systems or artificial intelligence. You may request to speak with a human at any time.
  4. SMS consent and carrier requirements. Mobile phone opt-in information and SMS consent data are not shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing purposes under any circumstances. SMS consent is collected solely to enable Jajovo to send the messages described in Section 5.1 above and is used only for that purpose. This section satisfies the disclosure expected by US mobile carriers and The Campaign Registry in connection with Jajovo's A2P 10DLC registration.

6. Sharing of Information

We share personal information with:

  1. Our clients, for the purpose of allowing them to contact and serve leads who have expressed interest in their business.
  2. Service providers who support our operations, including but not limited to Tally (form hosting), Airtable (data storage), Make (automation), Vapi (AI voice), Twilio (SMS and voice transport), Calendly (scheduling), Google Workspace (email and document storage), and our website hosting provider. These providers are contractually bound to protect information and use it only to perform services for Jajovo.
  3. Law enforcement or government authorities, when required by valid legal process.
  4. Potential acquirers, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of Jajovo business assets. Any successor entity will be bound by this policy or a substantially equivalent policy.

7. Data Retention

  1. Lead and communication records are retained for a period of three years from the date of last activity, unless a longer period is required by law or by an active client contract.
  2. Client records are retained for the duration of the service relationship plus three years, unless a longer period is required by law.
  3. Technical logs are retained for ninety days.
  4. Call recordings and transcripts are retained for twelve months unless a longer period is required for dispute resolution.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  1. Access. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  2. Correction. You may request that we correct inaccurate information.
  3. Deletion. You may request that we delete your personal information, subject to limitations allowed by law.
  4. Opt-out of communications. You may opt out of SMS by replying STOP, email by using the unsubscribe link, and voice by stating your preference during a call.
  5. Do Not Contact. You may request that we flag your record as "Do Not Contact" across all channels by emailing privacy@jajovo.com.

9. California Residents

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. 10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure. We cannot guarantee that unauthorized access will never occur.

11. Children

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact privacy@jajovo.com and we will delete the record.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of the policy indicates when it was last changed. Material changes will be posted to jajovo.com and, where required by law, communicated to affected individuals.
